A working Report

 

Source of inspiration: - Quiz programmes conducted on T.V. hosted by the Siddharth Basu .

Introduction:- HonbleShinde sir, E.O Bhopal region alogwithShri V.P. Tarar, Principal,K.V. Khandwa inspired me a lot to do somethingcreative and different. They encouraged me to take this innovative project.

Topic:- �Impact of Spoken English onother subjects and personality development of a child.�

Classroom Instructions:-Each and every instruction given in the class by me was in English. They werealso asked to speak in English. Whether it might be wrong.Corrections were made by me then and there and one tempo was maintained in theclass. To make it compulsory to speak in English in my period fine was imposedon those who didnt speak in English. The fund raised in this way was used toaward the best students in the class to inspire others. Slowly they started toenjoy this and gave me better results.

  • Library Works:- First I went through the following books to make myself resourceful:

  • Assessment and evaluation: - They were given Extempore on various easy topics to speak at to enhance their confidence, smartness and to remove hesitation. They were given position and prize also.
  • Administrative work: - By the grace of god worksheets helped me a lot to do comparative studies with the performance of students of other two sections A & C. Comparative study is hereby , shown with the help of graph papers, V(B) is the target class, showed the best results.
  • Not only this but in CCA most of the house captains were made from this class. In sports and cultural activities students of this section outshone A & C.
  • Computer Aided Teaching:- This section was taught through computer most of the time especially in front of Honble Shinde Sir, Honble Mohnan Madam alongwith Res. Principal Shri V.P. Tarar and he remarked outstanding at the performance of students of this class. Shri Shinde Sir and Smt. Mohnan madam also appreciated this.
  • Other Work: - I assigned them one interesting task to enhance their vocabulary and power to express themselves, they should write information of wrappers (waste material) some samples are attached herewith.
  • Conclusion:- Hence it is proved academically with the help of graph papers, which showed comparative performance of target class V (B) with V (A) and V (C) , that V (B) did the best to this innovative project of spoken English. This class also participated actively and smartly in other fields also in comparison to students of other sections.

INSPIRED TO UNDERTAKE THISPROJECT SUCCESSFULLY.

SIMILARITIES:-Inboth the terms Iexplained the chapters by using different methods like experimentation ,demonstration,group activities,computeraided teaching,outside the classroom,usingteaching learning materials etc.

  • IT HELPS THE STUDENTS TO CONSTRUCT THE KNOWLEDGE RATHER TO CRAM.
  • IT HELPS THEM TO COMPREHEND OTHER SUBJECT WITH EASE.
